Pre 65 club Attention.

Hi, its Clive Barton from the Pre 65 Motocross Club.
Just wanted to ensure all the three-wheelers entered in this weekend meeting at Stebbing that due to the recent weather conditions we have been forced to move the event from Stebbing to Marks Tey.
A track inspection will take place at Marks Tey on Saturday 5th May and assuming all's well, there will be a working party on Sunday 6th May with the event taking place on Monday 7th.
The Secretary of the Meeting will be calling all entrants, but we are trying all roads of communication to ensure all are aware, so would greatly appreciate if you could let all your fraternity know via your site/forum.

First of all, thanks for posting the note regarding the change of venue of our event on 7th from Stebbing to Marks Tey.
Unfortunately, after last nights heavy rain in the Marks Tey area, the track is now completely flooded and with the weather forecast for the next few days, we have been left with no choice other than to cancel the event planned for 7th May completely.
Could I please ask that you make all aware of this.
