Mortimer classic MCC. will be unable to accept day licences at next years scrambles. An annual AMCA licence will be required.

Do we know why ?
Whilst I can understand the admin is a pain, it's not going to help entries. Perhaps Mortimer can do it as it's well subscribed but I think other clubs would see a drop if they introduced it.
