I really don't think this bike will suit Adam as it looks as if it would last a full 4 laps and he would then have to open another box of excuses.

Adam sweetheart, it looks as if your new outfit fell out of your arse so it's bound to go straight back up.

Thanks for the ride in your new car though yesterday - reminded me of your race pace but at least you save petrol.

I'm rather moist at the prospect of the new track at Berrynarbor as Gilo has promised to give me a quick lap. Can't come too soon.
