Pretty hairy first track I'd say. Be careful

first race
Frome is well graded and very wide. We have a couple of first time riders and passengers. You will be fine, the track is jump free and can be driven the whole way round in our tractor.

Re: first race
out of frome and mortimer, Frome is the better first time option. its wide, safe, long, and you not get in anyones way unlike mortimer which has the slow cambered wooded section.
still book in for mortimer, because after doing frome, and The Kenhall, it will be a doddle.
not sure about KP`s comment, he has bottled it already. but he is a very old and frail man, who`s passenger has deserted him for youth, speed and better looks..

Re: first race
I'd just say that for a beginner Frome can look daunting and the Ken Hall even more so, but appreciate the comments made.
I'd hate to see any newcomer put off in his early days but I'm sure he's made of sterner stuff. I'll be there to support him all the way.
It is true that I'm now a silly old fool but I'll still finish The Ken Hall well ahead of that young stud Sidecockish.

re; First Race
My daughter is out for her first race, in the modern class, but she's cheating, she's got Chris Etheridge driving! Throttle works both ways too, only really scary bit is downhill into the quarry (still scares me). Frome looks scary but is a very safe track. Good luck.

You looked fine the other week Gilo, as the Kernel( ?) says they are only elevation changes. Don't take notice of Twinshock 10, as soon as he found I was riding he bottled it, didn't fancy a rematch then KP?
