£1000 prize money plus trophies. registration fee £10 for each outfit.

Plz check with clubs for there rules regarding what you can and can not ride. Mortimer and pre 65 do not allow Rotax`s . and pre 65 may be picky about other bike and engine mods.

That sounds great, hopefully the revival the sport needs. Will try and do some of them.

Twinshock fourstroke only . no rotax engines.

This will happen. so return forms ASAP. Mark is sorting the prize fund sponsorship money from the four benifactors who pledged there support.

Can you ride in a couple of meetings- like the Mortimer ones and pre 65 but not pay the £10? we wouldn't be doing them all. Or is it £10 regardless of how many you attend? Haven't "done" this before so sorry for being a "bit thick" about it all!! xx Allyson. x

hi olive, if your registered , you score points towards championship.
if you not registered, you still ride but for club points or fun.
either way you need amca licence and entry regs for club meeting you are riding at.

British Classic Sidecar Championship.
Open to all crews with eligible outfit. English or European.
Closing date is 1st April 2015 for registration.
All 6 rounds to count.
To date 19 outfits registered.
This will happen .
But you can make it better.


Pres 65 round dropped.

Now, why doesn't that surprise me- the Pre 65 round xx

The pre 65 round was dropped by the club. not the British championship. It would appear that certain members agreed to running the event on said date at the AMCA AGM. but had not cleared it with the rest of committee etc. so at the pre 65 committee meeting it was rejected as they were running a memorial meeting that day and could not accommodate three 15 min races for the sidecars.

Must say I'm looking forward to this, should make the racing a bit more exciting. Good to see a healthy entry, but where's Rob Wilkinson, Paul Butler and Paul Pelling? Interesting to see the Breachers joining the twinshocks.

Iam pleased that their is a twinshock championship now, I will race at a couple of them but the others clash with British championship/AMCA/IMBA/Enduro which I will be doing.
