Re: eddie ward
One of the reasons i returned to sidecar racing after 25 years, was the friendship and commanadery between the teams.I have never known in any other sport, I would like to thank every body for there kind messages and surport over the last few weeks, it means alot.
Even those i havent heard from in a while Terry Good, Steve 'Speedy' Hauge, Moggy , Gary Withers, also a big thank you to Norman Brown, Stuart Brown and Luke Peters, Chris rielly, Tracy and Mark Millard, John Elliot, Ron and liz Thacker, Pete Glazier, Jeff and Simon,Mark Cooper and all the northern lads you know who you are. Any one else who has phoned and visited me, i would be here all day if i was to name them all. Also a big thank you to my wife julie.
Unfortuantly Due to the nature of the injury, my sidecar days are done.Hope to see you at the dinner and dance or at the up coming meetings.
Thank you all very much

Re: eddie ward
Hi Eddie,
Sorry to hear you are having to retire, you will be sadly missed from the start line but hopefully you will stay around the sport it really wouldn't be the same without you... :-)
All the best for a speedy recovery and hope to see you out and about next season. How is the knee doing now?
Cheers
Dave
