Re nickel/powdercoat
My sidecar with a welded on chair is having a refurb ,been investigating the renickel route but it may become to expensive/troublesome to do this.So are there any powder coaters recomended?Mmmmm what about galvanising.

Saw a galvanised frame on a 'custom' bike once. Very dull, looked like a farm gate. Stick with powdercoat' or get your bike modded to bolt on chair and have it nickled - that would look good.

Re: Re nickel/powdercoat
Not so straight forward,,It depends on the thickness of the nickel and if it is of pre 84 stock whether you are in class 2..... :%$%$:sidekick39ish wrote:not pre 84 with powercoating.
that puts you in class 2. haha.
