Bloody heck he's keen.
We only did 2340km to Kleinhau
2060km For Farleigh castle
1800km for furthest French meeting
But we are lucky this weekend, its our local meeting only 460km

humm, that is some milage, here in the states, my long haul was from Calif to Ohio, round trip of about 6000 miles, just a little more than a weekend trip. When we HAD a sidecar series travel was any where from 600 miles to 1500 one way most of the time, no wonder the series died!
