Next meeting in the 'Christnas Cracker' meeting, 15th November at Marks Tey.

Regs are with the AMCA and should be on the website soon-ish. Meeting organiser is the Pre65 Club's very own Murray Wallker Razz , Terry Sewell.

Limited classes (but includes tricycles Evil or Very Mad )!

See you there

OK, hands up, I didn't organise the cake thing with the GLW so I just got a blank stare when I said 'where's the cakes?' Embarassed

Not good enough, must do better. Thinking of a nice fairy cake for Blobby in November? Rolling Eyes

Healthy tricycle entry for Marks Tey (12 already!) just trying to drum up some support from the solos as we're well below numbers at present. Most unlike you lot to be organised Laughing

Walk to pub, exercise using right arm for drinking first pint... left arm for second pint etc.

Continue for at least 6 pints, never finish on an uneven number it can lead to an underdevloped left arm, if you are on an uneven number you will need to push yourself to drink that extra pint... no pain, no gain.

Having completed the first part of the workout then walk home, this beauty of this dedicated program is the more arm work you do, automatically you do more leg work as you find you will walk double the distance on the return journey.

The amount of time spent trying not to fall and sitting up after falling is great for core strength and the lumps and bumps, aches and pains you wake up with the day after are about the closest thing you can feel to having passengered a decent meeting.

The future is bright... the future is beer! Cool
